The "agriturismo" is a popular new toursity thing to do in Italy, the home of the slow food movement.

Basically an agriturismo is a farm / restaurant / hotel. The vibe is always back to the earth and usually includes an organic spin. This particular agriturismo had a great traditional southern Italian menu made with food from their garden.

Each course was accented with a different olive oil also made on the premises. It was delicious. The Italians sure know how to eat. Saluto.
