This was the conclusion of our trip. A real Italian all day BBQ. One of Massimo's great aunts made ricotta over an open fire in a copper pot. There was an all day ragu, and Massimo's uncle, who just happens to be the butcher in this small town grilled some of the most succulent lamb I have ever eaten.

This was a truly Italian family experience. My eyes were opened to what this actually means. I hope I am able to convey the beauty of this moment, it's real.
